About us
TFC was founded in 1993 to provide cutting edge PVD products for thin film deposition. It turned out that there are no available sputter cathods to meet the specs. This led to our first own planar sputter magnetron and satisfied customer. Since then we produced more then 5000 units and fulfilled uncountable technical duties at sputter coating systems.

IONIX® magnetrons are used to develop and produce multi layer coatings for technical mirrors (like X-ray optics, GMR-layers or EUV-lenses) and microelectronic devices. Other customers produce Qubits for quantum computing or do metallizing of plastic parts (automotive interior). All in all you may have a small part of TFC GmbH in your pocket or car!
